I'm not sure if someone already started this today:

Four miles on the treadmill
Weight lifting

I'm trying to work my way back up to my standard 25 miles per week.

WOO HA.

What's the snow like in Colorado?

I tried an outdoor run today in the bright sunshine after days of snow. It was a blue and white world.

5.25 hilly recovery miles in the glorious white world. Tomorrow a 14-15 miler and the last day of my recovery week before the crunch begins on the next cycle of training.

Pokey, but hey, it was "recovery" after all.

Also tried my first, non-running, taste of Ultima. Hmmm. Fizzy stuff if you shake it. Will that equate to fizziness in the stomach?

Hey grizzly!

Well, the snow has been slowly melting. But we got so much in such a short amount of time that my favorite trail is still covered in uneven and hard snow.

I think tomorrow I'll give it a try anyway. I like this blue and white world you speak of!

Might pick up some yak trax or whatever those devices are called that help with traction.

I've not heard of Ultima. Perhaps it'll give you some melodious burps to break up the monotony of your runs.

I'm new here, but most of you know me. And you'll probably recognize the report format!

Nice efforts out there folks. Completely and utterly terrible performance tonight, but I got out there and did it at least, and I didn't bag it even though I wanted to. Moral victory at least.

The legs felt fine, but I felt like a car with a bad transmission; I could not get the power to the ground.

Sidewalks are improving slowly (for those that don't know me, they've been very icy).

Run Segments
