A zoo run! 32F and overcast at 9:30am.

The running club meets here once per month for some hill running. The Cleveland Zoo is a hilly little park and we get there right when it opens - its normally empty during the winter. Out-and-about today were reindeer, grizzly and polar bears, and the cheetah.

Ran 75 minutes, about 8.5 miles.

Congrats to SGH for her PR and BQ at the Kiawah Is. Marathon this morning! 3:44:41

Didn't get the 10 I had planned due to time constraints and bad chafing. I hopped on the treadmill and really got in the zone...at about 7.5 my underarm was chafing bad...like every swing it burned so I stopped at 8. It was already 10:20 as well, so that was enough for me.
