Alex -

Give those state runners a big hi-5 from all of us.

Not sure what I'll do today. I might head to the track later for a few miles down there.

Will post later with whatever I did...even if it was being a lazy bum.

Good luck Alex.

10.3 miles today. Cloudy, drizzly, temp in the 60's. Pectineus a little sore, but the run was OK.

I think I'm going to pack it in for today It's raining, and my right shin is a little sore. I've run 4 days in a row.

Tomorrow is supposed to be nice, cooler, with low humidity and sunny skies. I think I'd rather give the body a rest day today and enjoy tomorrow.

Hiked 9.2 miles round trip (4.6 miles each way) with 2950' of elevation gain/loss today. Hiked Mt. Passaconaway (4,043') in the Whites for my 27th 4,000 footer. The pouring rain just added to the fun!

Wow! Sounds fun. It always seems to be inclement weather when you guys hike up there for some reason...
