Hi all.<br><br>
Wish we had some of that cool NY weather. But a cool down is coming. But I just missed it and it made my long run a struggle. Anyways I did manage to pull off a very hilly (not real big hills just steep and relentless) mostly trails, some roads. 18.3 miles in all for 2:48:25 (9:12 pace). I think I lost enough fluids to really drag the last 2 miles. Just kept the pace but no fast finish this time. It was a new route which made it nice. All in all a gret workout. I figure if you finish a long run tired then it was a strong effort.<br><br>
