Well, life has been getting in the way for the past week or two.<br><br>
Got back in track today with a 30 min tm run. Actually did 10 min at a time running today. Still slower than molasses going up hill in the middle of winter, but its something! <img alt="icon_cheese.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_cheese.gif"><br><br>
Gonna try and go back for a few more ART treatments just to make sure the achilles is good to go, but its feeling ok for right now.<br><br><br>
