Sat Nov 20 workouts

<p>Wow, 2:30 pm EST and no workout thread yet. </p>

<p>Long run today, considering I had an upset stomach earlier this week.  Am happy with my run of 10.25 miles.  Pace was a little slow, due to an extra walk break,  just wanted to get the dist in though.    Good luck everyone today</p>

<p>11 mile run early yesterday morning for me with one other. Solid pace. Great conversation. Love running with this bud.</p>
