It rained pretty much most of today, and it's supposed to be very cold and windy tomorrow. So I did my 7 mile training run on an indoor track, 16 laps to the mile. That's kind of the hard way to do it, especially since the track was congested at time. Time wise it wasn't too bad for a training run.
I finished my 50 miler on Saturday. Had some muscle cramping issues from going out way way too fast... I know better than to be trying to run a sub 8-hour hilly trail 50. I paid for that mistake dearly from miles 22 thru 35. Otherwise it was pretty good. Snowy at first then very very wet and muddy for the last 25 or so miles. Finished in 10:10, which breaks my previous 50 mile PR of 12 hour 37 min by a huge amount (though that was an extremely hard mountain 50 mile and this was a reletively easy 50 at sea level). All the body parts still seem to be mostly functional

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
