Hot and sunny today. Completed 6 miles and my 5 mile split was a PR. Wanted to run 8, but I decided to run for speed and not distance today.

cliffburns - It must be fun to post about hot weather when we are still stuck in snow and cold. Our revenge is in summer when training in the great north is really nice.<br><br>
My run really sucked today - I drank way too much wine last night and felt punky - the 1st 7 miles were ok, the next 24 were miserable - The only thing that kept me going was watching BB on TV at the YMCA.<br><br>
I think I need to swear off booze until after Boston.<br><br>

I just wish the weather would make up its mind here. It's hot one day, cold the next. Last month it was 80 one day and the next day it was snowing.
