Went to the Y before work today and got in 2000 yards swimming. Now into meetings all day Yuck!

Did a 6 1/2 mile training run: Ugh, I set a new record for a slow time. I guess I can blame it on the wind and poor footing in places, instead of age.

Did a nice 11.1 mile trail run with 3600' of gain in Eldorado Springs State Park today. Another 70F and sunny day <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

I got my 08 Hardrocks... really getting frustrated with Montrail. the 13's (were 07 model year) however too small. the 14's are 08 model year... and seem really big...<img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
screw it though I am going to wear them and wear them out!... than get another pair of 08 13's... and who knows you might get another cheap pair <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
