Salsa and cheese don't last long in my apartment.

I like Herdez Salsa Casera, from the plain old grocery store. What I love about it is that it's not all sugary and vinegary like many bottled salsas.

my only rule about salsa is i don't like corn on it. skeeves me out. corn should stay on the cob where it damn well belongs.

I love salsa. I make it by the half gallon when tomatoes are in season.

We have good fresh salsa at the groceries here. Salsa and beer are two positive factors about living in Oregon for me.

YUM! PINEAPPLE!
This is my favorite salsa recipe. With or without the pineapple. For a party I usually make both. Just throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and whir to the consistency you like. mmmmmmm salsa...

4-5 roma tomatoes
2 serrano peppers
2-3 limes (juice only)
1 small onion
Cilantro
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp course salt
Pineapple - small can (optional)

I have a great Mango Salsa recipe too!
