Salsa and cheese don't last long in my apartment.

I like Herdez Salsa Casera, from the plain old grocery store. What I love about it is that it's not all sugary and vinegary like many bottled salsas.

a couple of cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper
a handful of cilantro, chopped
juice of one lime
This is my favorite salsa recipe. With or without the pineapple. For a party I usually make both. Just throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and whir to the consistency you like. mmmmmmm salsa...

2-3 limes (juice only)
