Morning...<br><br>
I decided to open the thread today cuz it's Tuesday and since Suds hates Tuesdays, he is probably throwing a fit somewhere... <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"><br>
I have 9 on the schedule, but DH will workout this morning, so I won't have enought time for it. I'll barely squeeze 7-8. Good'nuff.

I just finished 9 and I'm working on my crunches.<br>
I guess I must have mentioned that I hate Tuesdays.

By the way, Ty, congratulations on your results!! Hopefully the treatments will go smoothly and you'll have no side effects. I think you're too strong to let anything give you side effects! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Good morning! I'm on my way out for 6. I hope my ipod makes it since I thought I was charging it but really wasn't (oops!).<br><br>
Ty- I'm happy you have some resolution to what's going on. I'm sorry that the treatment is going to suck- but what a relief you must feel! Have a great run!<br><br>

QOD- how long does it take you to get ready for an early AM run? I leave 20-30 min. to wake up, stretch, etc. 15 if I'm going to the gym since I wake up a bit while driving.

This could be a intresting day as I need to have some words with my<br>
boss when she comes in and pretty much let her have it ! I'm usually<br>
a very laid back person and let alot of things fly by but when I have<br>
had enough it's not pretty LOL!<br><br>
Today I have 5 to do after work and of course after my Derm appt<br>
and see what the next step is blah!<br><br>
ty- Glad to hear your news wasn't the worst case. YOu must be so<br>
relieved.<br>
suds- good morning. I hate Mon- thurs LOL! NIce workout.<br>
Jen- If it's the weekend I give myself a hour to wake up have tea,<br>

I have a 2 mile run on the docket today--but I also might throw in a bike and make it a brick workout today--we will see how time works into that....

I could barely finish 5 miles... My energy level is low... not sure how I am going to do a marathon this weekend. I know I can finish, but I don't have a good feeling about it.<br>
DH skipped his workout to make me company and breakfast...<br>

amber- no 18 for me today. This Sat I will have 18. Have fun with your run/bike ride.<br>

LEE--yup I have a trainer--love it--but hate my seat--need to buy a new one--just cant pony up the $100 for it right now--makes the ride difficult at times--but I will manage--LOL
