Then, I see Jason at 7h30. I'm looking forward to it. I need some special twisting to get my hip in line.

Everybody have a great day and get it done.

I read yesterday's posts last night at work. Noticed alot of you questioning on how the fam is doing. They are good. Baby has been gassy and crying alot. NOthing out of the norm though. Dad is tired and so is Mom. But we are very happy though.
No,no class today! Which is good becuause after my root canal this morning, I probably wouldn't want to go. I got a lot of homework done yesterday so I'm ahead in a few of my classes, so I could relax today, and DS is staying home sick, so we'll be snuggling all day.
Tri-great job on the run! Glad the baby is doing well. Is your older DD getting used to having a baby around?
She loves her little sister. However, Mom and Dad can't keep up with all her energy. The baby is wearing us out. We are trying to put aside time for the older DD. Use to be we all spent time together. Now, one watches the baby while the other hangs out with DD#1.
Tri-nice job getting the run . Glad to hear baby is well and you all are happy.
I went to bed really late last night so I slept in and will do my cycling tonight after the kids go to bed. I barely ran last week, but it was a cut back week and I am going to just pretend it didn't happen and get this week started. I hope it doesn't hurt me later.

I won't be on much - life is just a little crazy right now. I have talked before about how my dad doesn't take care of himself. Well, yesterday he was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. He seemed to be doing well and then took a turn for the worse and was transferred to ICU. My sisters and I went up to visit him and got home really late - after midnight. They think he will be fine. They are taking good care of him. I will try to check in now and then. Sorry about the downer post.

Congrats on the MAF improvement. I'm seeing quicker improvement in my pace this time around.
Tri - Good job on the run. I am glad baby dd is doing well. Running might be a struggle until that miracle moment of a full night's sleep happens. Good Luck!
Good morning, John!
Dick's sporting goods, 99.00!
Good morning, Andi! Nice to see you're getting better,., Hope your dad gets well soon.
John, do you have a treadmill? I think it's the best way to get ready for Mt Washington. Now is the time to start.
Suds do you do Mt Washington?

The women's winner (for the past couple of years) is local to Richmond - Anna Pichrtova. She splits her time between Richmond and somewhere near Wintergreen. She's smoking fast on the flats as well as the mountains. I haven't seen her at any local races in 6 months or so. I know at one point she got injured pretty badly in a car accident at an adventure race in Africa. I'm not sure if this is still causing her problems, or if maybe she's moved out of the area. She is one of the nicest people though or being so fast. She was also an olympian on the Czech Marathon team in 2004.
(((Andi))) sorry to hear about your Dad, hope he pulls through and heals up quickly pneumonia sucks.
Suds - I like your siggy!

Hi Mykemp - How are you this morning?

Hi Laura!

Hi Nicole - how is everyone feeling in your house?

OK - I finished breakfast (still not eating quite like normal) and have to shower. It is Super Tuesday and I need to hit the polls before work.
Tired... I slept on the couch most of the night... DW was restless (fighting off a cold), so Jaeger Dawg and I moved into the den. I should have taken the time to make the bed in the guest room, it would have been more comfortable, but lazy is easier at 3:30AM.
