I will hit the DDM for 9 miles with 3 x 2 miles @ HMP.<br>
Then, I see Jason at 7h30. I'm looking forward to it. I need some special twisting to get my hip in line.<br><br>

Morning!! Happy Tuesday all!!<br><br>
It was sooooooo hard to get up this morning... I was really tired last night and still feel tired this morning. No time for wimping out though. I have a listing to load into the system, then go for 5-6 miles, then after breakfast I hope to get the pictures for the listing and I have to pick 10 best and load those into the system.... Then I have to set up my fax machine and fax the office all the papers.. LOL.. then I will try and unpack the rest of the boxes that are around. DH will be out of town for the next couple of days, so I'm flying solo. We supposed to have a delivery of the office desks today for DD15 and me, so I'm also stuck home until they arrive... Then at one point I should do grocery shopping.

Well, I'm done loading the listing into the system, now I have to find my lockbox.. LOL it's in the box somewhere in my office and then hook up the fax machine..<br><br>
I'll be running soon!! I think I need it at this point..

Well, listing is in the system, fax machine is set up, listing is faxed, waiting for pictures.<br><br>
Our office desks have been delivered and are sitting on the floor in the living room waiting for DH to come back and put them together... <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
I ran 6.2 miles this morning with tempo 2x2 miles at HM pace, just because I felt like it.. Felt really good. At about 3.5 miles I had to get off and get baby DD who woke up and was crying in her crib. I brought her downstairs with me so she could watch TV while I finished my run.<br><br>
Still have to find the lock box. It's in a damn box somewhere.. It's little so I have to pretty much unpack the rest of the stuff to find it.. Oh well..
Good Morning Andi!! I'm sorry about your father girl!! I hope he gets well soon.. I'll say some prayers for him. As for running, you can run all your mileage, just run nice and easy and listen to your body.. Especially that you're under some stress. Good Morning Nicole!! Good job with your running and other workouts!! Yep.. if you're stressing about HR while MAFing, you will definitely have to run much slower. I noticed that too.. LOL. These days I don't really care about HR (only a little bit, but I'm not Maffing) and I'm running my MAF HR on easy and recovery days without even trying!! I never thought that would be possible.

Yes, I do watch Buy Me, my DH loves the show too. I pick up a lot of useful information there..
