Good morning everyone! Yall are going to think I've lost my mind, but I got up at 2:15 so I could get my long run in for the week,because I wasn't sure when else I would be able to fit it in. So, I did 15 this morning! And I was able to increase the pace and keep my HR down, so I'm seeing some results from MAF. DS just woke up, still has a bellyache and temperature but he is hungry so that's good.<br><br><br>
