Good morning, Ty! Hope you have a great run. I just finished my hill workout and it felt great. I did the first mile at 5% and then raised it to 10% for the next 3 miles. I was still able to maintain my target heart rate and maintain a pace that fluctuated between 13:02 and 13:20.

I am getting read for 6. It looks like the roads are a sheet of ice this morning - should be interesting. I think I will be doing laps around my neighborhood so Suds doesn't take me out on his way to work!

Good Morning, Happy Thursday!!<br><br>
5 miles on the schedule for me sometime this morning. Will run as soon as I feel like it... I was planning to run outside this morning but we got too much snow... TM it will have to be... that's ok..<br><br>
DH came home last night at 1:30 am. They delayed his plane over one hour at first, then when the plane was ready for take off they realized that landing gear wasn't working properly and tires needed to be changed. So they took the plane back for service while everybody waited on board. Then once they landed safely they couldn't come up to the gate because of the snow storm. He spent over 7 hours in the plane for a 4 hour flight but got home safely. Once he got home, he got stuck in the beginning of the driveway because we got over a foot of snow alltogether and the snow was still coming... LOL.. We just got a new snowblower and it's his toy, so I had no idea how to operate it.. LOL. not that I wanted to anyways.. the storm never stopped before I went to bed...

Good Morning Andi!! Enjoy your 6 miles... Be careful!! Did you guys get a lot of snow? We got over a foot of snow mixed with ice pellets so everything is glistening this morning...
