I don't remember having a training weekend when I had the accomplishment feeling I have today.<br>
Again, more important than the distance, is the way my body responded to it. I could have kept going, but I stuck to the schedule and stopped at 20.3 . I really hope I can manage the miles like this on a consistent basis.<br>
I feel a little bloated and DH said my face is swollen too, but it's hard to tell when I am on the worst AF day... let's see how long it takes to get back to normal.
