<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>I had a short run this morning just to shake out the cobwebs. I'm feeling a little better today so hopefully tomorrow I won't crash.</p>
<p>I'm working this morning and hopefully it goes by quickly, it's a beautiful day out there! Hope you all have a great weekend!</p>

<p>Glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better Paul.  you'll be rested for your race tomorrow :)  Hope the work day goes quickly so you can get out there and enjoy this weather.</p>

<p>Not sure if I will run today.  We have dance recital dress rehearsal, lax tournaments, etc.  So glad it's going to be a nice day.  </p>

<p>Morning my running friends. I will workout this morning.  We might run to the gym lift then run home.  Today we have nothing on tap so we might go to a movie.</p>

<p>Good morning! I'm heading off in about a half hour for the race, looks like a nice day out there. I may not be 100% better, but good enough to go out and enjoy the run. At least it's only a 5k and it's over quickly. Hope you all are having a good weekend so far!</p>

<p>Well, the race was fun with plenty of food at the end. I managed to pull off 2nd place in my age group, even after taking a wrong turn at the end and having to double back onto the course. I was off about .2 according to my Garmin. My clock time was 22 something, not my best but certainly not my worst. I'll have to do it again next year just to make up for my mistake.</p>
