Good morning!

A nice run and workout for me this morning. Yesterday was busy as hell here so no time for me to stop by to say hello. I'm hoping today the craziness is over.

Hope you all have a good day!

Hey Paul! How are you feeling? Are your hips cooperating? Hope the day goes well for you. Is it really busy because lots of people are getting ready for holiday trips?

Not sure if I'll run today or not. I have to go to the barn this morning after I get the kids to school and hopefully I'll have some time to head out before my kids get home (half day for them). It's really nice out so I imagine it's a perfect day to run. Have a great day!

Good morning Sisu! So far the hips are doing good, thanks! How are you doing? Feeling good? Good luck getting that run in!

Yes, a lot of people getting ready for travel so it's been kind of crazy here. Better than being slow, that's for sure.

Enjoy your day!

HOWDY HO everyone!!

Hi Paul and Susan!! Sounds like you both are feeling good and getting runs in!! YAY!

I am here to confess I haven't ran in almost 2 wks! (hanging head in shame) I had some terrible stomach issues a little over a wk ago and ended up in the ER...it was awful, but I am feeling much better and could be running now but really have no mojo! :( Have gotten some projects done around here...just wish there was more hours in the day to get it done...should get a treadmill for Christmas, because I think that would help..but then worry that we will spend $$$$ on something that is used for a few months and then starts collecting dust! Not sure what my problem is lately....have I fallen out of love with running...SOB!! It just has started to feel like one more thing on my to-do list and that makes me terribly sad! ANY IDEAS???

the kids are busy....BB for ds2 starts next Monday....a big yr for cuts at his grade level...last yr they had 2 teams this yr they go down to 1! I will be a nervous mom until this is over!! I missed him playing football this fall though so I am SO ready for BB games and bleacher butt! :)

Hope all of you are well and injury free and running LOTS!!

Hi SB! Sorry to hear you've been sick, sounds like it was a little on the nasty side! I know what you mean about losing the mojo, I get into those periods some times and it's a bummer-just going through the motions. Sounds like you need a target race to dangle in front of you, that always helps me out. And a treadmill sounds like a good idea, considering the winters you have to endure. Try Craigs list and get a decent used one. Let someone else spend the money up front and when it starts collecting dust at their house, you can cash in on it!

Hi Staci! So sorry you were so sick! Don't beat yourself up for not wanting to run a lot right now - I imagine you are still recovering. I too go through those times when I lose my mojo and just don't feel like running. I agree that a used treadmill is a great idea! I bought a new one 4+years ago and it doesn't see much action but it's so nice when the weather is crummy or I'm short on time or someone to watch the kids.

Kids are all home - gotta go get some stuff done!
