<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>Just getting ready to take take for a walk in the woods, then I'll get a nice run in. Later I'll be taking him out for a nice long hike while the weather is still so nice out there.</p>
<p>Sisu, hope you get that run in today! No, no plans at all, just taking some vacation days that I have left. Nobody here to play with, DW is working so it's just me and the dog. In fact I'd better get going, he keeps poking me. No patience!</p>

<p>I got to ride my horse today after helping out with barn chores then hit the grocery store and then a really nice 5 mile run in this perfect running weather!  I hope to go to bootcamp tomorrow.  I am so very, very close to signing up for the Sugarloaf Marathon on May 20th. </p>

<p>PS - Paul if you went hiking make sure to check you and Tank for ticks!!  I pulled more than 8 ticks off my horse today!!  I found a couple on myself, too.  Creepy!!  They must be going crazy right now with the warm weather.  That is my PSA for the day <br>

<p>Hi Sisu! Sounds like you had a great day! Yes, ticks are out in full force, I lost count on how many I pulled off him during the walks. None on me this time. Looks like a lot of rain tomorrow so the walks won't be as enjoyable, but a day off of work walking in the rain is better than a dry day at work.  </p>

<p>Evening my running friends.  I lifted this morning and hope to get a run in after I sign my youngest up for wrestling.  The kids will be with their mom for a couple of hours and Jennifer will be at work so i will be by myself.</p>
