Good morning!

Hi Marianne! I saw that you stopped in last night but I missed you. Good job on your workout last night.

I had a weird thing happen last night and I hope it's a fluke. I stood up and felt a sharp pain in my heel - I know this feeling and immediately I thought plantar faciitis. I stretched and slept on it and it still hurts this morning. I'm trying to convince myself that it's the wrong place for PF but I don't think it is. Not sure if I should push it at bootcamp this morning or not. I've got to make an appointment with my chiro for some ART and I'm sure he'll straighten it out for me.

Hey Paul! Happy hump day! Did you work out this morning?

I did go to bootcamp after all and I'm glad I did. There wasn't any high impact stuff and it was a really good workout. Lots of upper body and lunges, squats, etc. My foot is still a bit sore but I think I can figure out where it starts and why. I think it's from that cruddy route I ran yesterday - really bad shoulder on the road. I'm taking it easy the rest of the day :)

Morning my running friends. I will work out tonight. I feel really good today and nothing hurts as far as I can tell. I wish I could be outside today it will be in the 70's and sunny.
