<p>Good morning!  I went to the gym today for the first time in a week.  It was a tough workout, running and squats.  Lots of squats, 7 rounds of 29 reps! </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Suds - I hope the foam rolling works.  I, too, need to do more of that and stretching.  Try to stay cool and hydrated over the next few days!</p>

<p>Sudsy - the foam roller isn't fun but if it hurts you probably need it!  :)  I hope you can stay cool at work today.  It's gonna be another hot one today!</p>
<p>Andi - good job at the gym.  That's a lot of squats!  You must be in amazing shape with all of those tough workouts!</p>

<p>I had bootcamp at the track this morning. Lots of running drills, pushups, lunges, etc and then we did sprints - 3x 25,50,75 and 100yards.  My kind of workout!  I was toast at the end but I loved it.  </p>

<p>My dd12 is taking an art class and it's messing up my beach days!  She goes from 12:30-3:30 so we miss prime beach time.  Oh well, she's enjoying the class :)</p>

<p>Hi Andi! Nice job on the workout! I hate stretching, but I guess that's why I'm in the mess that I'm in.</p>
<p>Hi Sisu! Sounds like a great workout for you too!  I hope you get at least SOME beach time in. Some is better than none.(Yes, Andi is in great shape!)</p>
<p>I hope this little break from running combined with the stretching will get me to the starting line in October. All I have to do is get to the start, I'll finish if I have to crawl.</p>
