Good morning! I hit the gym this morning. I get so mad at myself when I can't do something and i actually managed a single pull up. Just one, but more will come. We had a good workout, heavy lifting, rowing, and burpees. Now I am at work. My babies turn 11 tomorrow. And dd asked to start shaving her legs. They are growing up. :(

Good morning! I'm not sure when I am going to run. The kids want to go to the beach, but it's not that nice today so I'm not sure how long we will end up staying. Then we have 3 orthodontist appts later. My legs were in shock after my 10 miles. They had forgotten what that was like. LOL

Andi-Great job on the pull up. I would have to work long and hard to be able to do 1!!!

Hi all!

I had bootcamp at the track today and it was fun. We did bleacher runs, suicide sprints and then some kind of walk, jog, run, repeat session. We also did all kinds of body weight exercises - no weights, bands or med balls. It was a nice change :) I biked to and from bootcamp so I think that was about 11 miles total so that was a nice addition to my workout.

Andi - good job on the pull up!! I haven't tried to do a pull up in so long but I'm pretty sure it would be really tough to do just one. You are strong!

Fer - great job on that 10 miler the other day! Hope you had fun at all of those appointments :)

Hi Ron! Hope work is going well.

Hi all!

I managed to get in a run before the drive today. Man, my ass was killing me after 7 hours.

Andi, nice job with the workout! I just want to add that the workouts you've been doing have been leaving some great results!

Ron, hope you got that workout in!

Fer, nice running! 10 miles is a killer no matter how you slice it.

Sisu, I love the workouts you've been doing! Sounds like some killer sessions!

Well, hope I didn't sabotage tomorrow's running, but those beers combined with the music made it hard to walk away early. We'll see how it goes. At least my run will be on the waterfront.

Talk to you all tomorrow!
