<p>Good morning!  I went to the gym this morning and it was a tough, but great, workout.  Lots of heavy deadlifts and pull ups.  I am getting closer to un-modified pull ups.    I did wack myself in the shin with the sledgehammer, though.  Now I have a big bruise.  I did the fun run on Monday night so I took yesterday as a rest day.  I went to the beach with my girlfriend and her little girls.  I <3 the beach!!</p>

<p>Good morning Andi! Sounds like you had a good but painful workout. Hope the leg is ok.</p>
<p>I'm looking forward to the long weekend too. No special plans, just the 10k at Gillette Stadium. Other than that, just chilling.</p>

No running yet..had a wine headache this morning & skipped the run and now itshot & blowing to beat 60 here so I am going to run later & hopefully the temp goes down and the wind lets up! <br><br>
Suds...hope the day is going quick! One day closer to the wkend! YAY! Nice run!<br>
Andi...great workout this morning!!  Glad you enjoyed the beach!!  i wish I lived closer to the oceans or even the great lakes!<br><br>
QOD....going camping on Friday thru Tuesday.  Excited to get out to town for a little R&R!! No baseball, swim lessons, camps, practices etc etc! We are camping with 3 other families and it will be a fun time with lots of games, boat rides, swimming, eating & drinking!! Cant wait!! We are also taking the puppy with so the whole family is excited for her first camping experience! There will be 4 families, 9 kids, & 6 dogs...plus we are all bringing our marshmallow shooter guns...I am sure we will be well liked!!  </p>

<p>the dog just destroyed a roll of paper towels...No wonder she was so quiet!! Gotta run!</p>
