Morning my running friends. I might lift at work and maybe find time to run a little tonight? We are officially moving on Friday but by Friday there might not be much to move. We are going to have our treadmill outside under a patio. Does that count as running outside? It is will be pretty warm today.

Andi my kids were out yesterday. It will be nice to have an easier schedule now. If only baseball would ever end.

Hi!

Andi - the rain is going to stink after this really nice weather! Bummer that your kids first day out of school will be crummy weather. Good job on the weights this morning.

Ron - are you moving yourself on Friday or do you have movers? Why might there not be much to move? That will be pretty funny to run on a TM outside. :)

I had bootcamp this morning and it was the first day of meeting at the local track. It was so much fun! We did a lot of running drills, pushups, squats, planks, etc and then ran 50m repeats - my favorite. :) I think I need to run a 5k and see if these workouts are helping my speed at all.

We're taking it easy here at home today. I thought about going to the beach but the kids just need a day to relax since we've been going non-stop. My dds have lax again this afternoon so they are happy to have some time to rest today. It's been really hot on that field they play on!

Ron - At least you will have a better view running on the tm outside. Have you already moved a lot of your stuff? We are actually done with sports until mid August when cheer, football and hockey will all start up again.

Sisu - Enjoy the relaxing day with the kids. I can't wait to get to the beach again! How much more lax do you have? Do the girls love it?

Andi - my girls are doing a lax camp this week - just the afternoons from 3-6. Their season ended a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure if they love it or not. This is the second year of lax for both of them and I don't really care if they are super competitive but I wish they'd be more excited about it! They were both so excited to do this camp but now they just want it to be over.
