<p>Good morning!  Instead of going to the gym I did some cycling, jumping rope and a short crossfit workout.  I will run something either while the kids are at ccd or while dd is at lax skills.</p>

<p>Oh, and Sudsy - Did you know there is a bike/run store right on 44 now?  I am so psyched that there is one local.  I went in there yesterday and got a new water bottle that holds gels as well; it's called the gelbot.  That solves the problem of no pockets in women's clothing! </p>

<p>Hills done and it was windy!  I ended up doing 3 long hill repeats and ran for about 45 minutes total.  My legs are tired from bootcamp yesterday and this was the last challenging run before Boston.  Can't believe it's less than 2 weeks away!  Chocolate fudge cream cheese cake in the oven - yum </p>

<p>Feeling better...still have cough but thinking it is from my allergies now! ISH!  Very tired..still waking up at night coughing but thats from my throat being so dry! Ran on Monday night...coughed for the first half mile and then it was better!! I just want SPRING WEATHER and to be HEALTHY!! It's not asking too much now is it?? </p>

<p>news on the homefront is that...we filled out adoption papers last wk to adopt a little doggie!! Excited but worried how the princess cat will tolerate this change in her lifestyle!! </p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  Back from a couple of days in Las Vegas.  It was a lot of fun and really relaxing.  We had a great time.  I got a couple of work out in too.  Weights were good but running has sucked lately.  Oh well. </p>

<p>Staci - Spring seams to be coming here in the next week so hopefully it will hit you soon.  Have you tried taking any allergy meds?  Good luck with the dog.  The cat will adjust eventually.  This is the bottle - it fits in the strap from my Nathan hand held. </p>

<p>andi we could see 50* here today and the snow is melting!! YAY!! Feels so good to open the windows!! the snow has gone down fast in the last few days!! I am so ready!!</p>

<p>Suds - yes, it is in the plaza where the pool store used to be.  They've been open since Oct, but I just discovered them.  The owner was very nice.  They are having Sat morning group rides and I can't wait to go on one, but can't make this weekend because of a hockey game.</p>
