Good morning!

Out in the streets for me this morning and then a short workout. A nice cool 12 degrees out there!

A running diaper? Maybe it could be stopped a little earlier with a plug, perhaps a Manpon. Although it may alter your stride.

Morning my running friends. I will hit the gym shortly and lift. The running will probably wait until later.

I think a plug would alter one's stride. I have other ideas too but some are not appropriate to share.

Good job on setting outside Paul. When will the TM be fixed?

Good morning! Boot camp for me this morning. I think I will do a run later, too. Bathing suit season will be creeping up on us soon.

Suds - Nice job on the outside run!

Ron - Have a good workout and run later.

"manpon"? that is one of the funniest things I've heard all day! Was it icy out there Paul? Good job braving the cold!

Ron - not appropriate to share? Please! haha here's a dumb question - is it three hours earlier there? Did you post that at 4:46am?

Andi - swim suit season - that scares me! I can't even think about that right now. You are really inspiring me to find a bootcamp! I think there is one locally that starts in April - I'm pretty sure it's all outside.

Dd11 is home again today but she seems to be on the mend. Our furnace is leaking all over my basement floor so we had to turn it off and now I'm waiting for the repair guy to call me back. Hopefully it's not a big deal. (Maybe you can come up and fix it Paul!) Last night I heard someone walking around outside my house in the snow after I got the kids to bed. Dh was in Boston so it was just me and the dogs and it totally freaked me and the dogs out. I have no idea who it was but there is no reason for anyone to be near my house since we are so far off the road all by ourselves in the woods. I hate that feeling!

I'll be on the TM again today for a short run and I'll also do some yoga. Have a good day!

Good morning Andi! Nice job on the bootcamp! Too bad we're on different schedules, it would be nice having a running partner in the morning.

Sisu, it wasn't too bad out there, but my flashlight was on the weak side. Time for new batteries.

I've heard noises like that before too, I'm assuming it was a deer or something but it is spooky.

Furnace repair? No problem!

Good morning all! I just got one little girl off to school now I'm having a cup of coffee before I wake up the other and get her going for the day. The differences in their school days schedules is a bit annoying. Baily's school starts at 7:45 and Marissa's starts at 9:10. It's going to start raining today and rain for the next few days. I'm hoping I can get my run done this morning before it starts, but we'll see. I'll try to get out there as soon as I get back from dropping her off at school.

Suds-LOL about the Manpon!! That's hilarious. Good job on your run. I'm glad it's not 12 here today.

Hi Husband! I hope you had a good workout.

Andi-I don't want to think about bathing suit season. Ugh!!! I hope you had fun at boot camp.

Susan-Enjoy your run and yoga later. I was thinking of doing some yoga, too. And, yes...Ron did post that at 4:46. He's not a very good sleeper.

Fer - my kids have different schedules, too. My oldest gets on the bus at 7 and the other two at 8am. They get home at different times, too. Hope you get a good run in before the rain starts. Do you still have snow on the ground?

Sudsy - my first thought was a deer or moose but it was definitely a two footed creature. Maybe it was a moose walking on his hind legs? There is no way to walk silently through the snow around here since its so crunchy. Whatever it was between me and my dogs we coulda kicked it's ass! haha

Everyone is chatty this morning. I didn't make it to the gym this morning. I will go at lunch and run tonight. I woke up before 4 and thought about working out but I was tired so I laid back down for a while but didn't go back to sleep.

Susan you have Moose by you. That is really cool. Well I know what I want the running purse to look like. We are going to make a proto type and I will give some out so you can try them. It might not happen but we will see.

The other product is a little harder to market. It is smaller then the purse so just a few items can be carried. It is also a personal storage device. It fits into a body orifice. Right now it is called the Vagina wallet but I probably need a new name for it.

Susan-No we don't have any snow. It has been pretty dry for awhile. It looks like we're pretty much going to get rain out of this storm, too, because it's staying fairly warm.

I ran 3.77. I managed to make it back before the rain started, so that was good.

And if they were both on the same side he'll be back because he can only walk in circles.

Nice running! Hard to imagine no snow. We have a ton of snow and it's thawed and frozen a bit so the top is really crusty and I can walk on most of it through my yard but then without notice I fall through snow that goes past my knees! Makes it a challenge to chase the puppy across the yard when he can easily run on top.

Ron - I'm working on a new name for your product. I've brainstormed a bit and I'll unveil my ideas later. Yes, we have moose here in Maine but I haven't seen any around our house. They are actually quite dangerous - especially if you hit one with your car!

I don't think I can run a 3:40. I think I will have to wait 5 years.
