Good morning!
A short run and workout for me this morning. Looks like I may have to change my rest day from Friday to tomorrow. I'll probably be out bright and early doing snow removal so I can get into work. Another storm is coming in.
Amber, today is a new day-let's rock it!
SB, you sound like you have your hands full, hope you can squeeze in a run somewhere!

Good morning! I went to the gym this morning and got my butt kicked. The trainer had me increase the weight on every station and now I will not be able to lift my arms tomorrow. Shoveling will be fun!

Suds - I am so tired of shoveling. The kids will probably not have school either.

Amber - I know you can do it. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on track. You've come so far, you can't give up now!

Hi all!

Amber - I meant to respond to you yesterday. You are amazing for taking on your dissertation and working so hard on it. You will get through this - just let the comments go and move on. I know you are frustrated but you are strong and smart and will persevere!

Suds - How much snow are you guys supposed to get? I have heard nothing about what we might get. Snow removal doesn't sound like rest to me! I imagine it's hard work unless you are driving a plow truck :)

Andi - I'm so inspired by your hard core workouts! I keep looking at this local boot camp class but I've been too chicken to try it. How often do you go?

I'm pretty sore today from my ART treatment yesterday but I imagine that's a good thing. Keep your fingers crossed that all of this helps and that I can run 10-12mi on Friday! My chiro and sports massage guy recommend that I stick to the TM because it's flat and smooth and the crowned roads are killing my IT band right now. I just ordered Netflix so I'm all set to run in place and watch a movie or two! :) I'm hoping to run 6-7mi after I get my kids off to the ski bus.

Ugh! The snow has started already. The bright side is that ccd has been cancelled. Unfortunately, hockey has not.

Sisu - I hope your it band gets fixed up. I have been doing the class 2x a week. It is offered M, W, F but I need to fit my runs in to so I pick and choose which 2 days I want to go. You should try the bootcamp; you'll like it.

6.25 mi on the TM with six 4 minute hill repeats. It was nice to run in shorts and not have a frozen face by the end of my run.

Andi - I think the storm is supposed to miss us after all. I hope it's not too bad for you!
