<p>I ran 6.25mi today and did 6 hill repeats during that.  They were killer!  Each one took about 2 1/2min to run up and it was a good workout.  It took a while to find a desolate road that had fairly good footing with all of the snow and rain, etc we've gotten.  </p>

<p>SISU--good job on your run, sounds like a tough one..PF still hurts--havent run in my VFF since the first day....doing lots of stretching...doesnt seem to be getting better, but doesnt seem to be getting worse?</p>

<p>w2d1 done last night--have been bumping up my speed to a "normal" speed--I really felt it last night...but hope I can maintain the speed for next weeks workout..we will see...</p>
