<p>Ran 4 yesterday then took my friend down to the track and did a workout with her fun stuff</p>
<p>med.ball toss, planks,mountain climbers,squats,push-ups... so I got my workout done.</p>

<p>Tonight is school so Im sure I will get a good workout in.</p>
<p> </p>

<p>I just got done with a 30min run on the TM and I almost had a TM wipeout.  I was watching America's Funniest Vids while I was running and some video totally cracked me up and I tripped and then jumped on the siderails and missed one side and my shoe dragged on the belt while I flailed for balance.  It was really funny!  I also did yoga this morning so I'm ready to take on the day!</p>

<p>Lee - sounds like a fun workout at the track!  Are you taking a personal training class?</p>
<p>Sudsy - How is your leg doing?  I hope it's on the mend!</p>

<p>Really cruddy weather but I've got to run to the grocery store before the kids get home (half day for us)</p>

<p>Not much to report here but did have a week of running with no probs.  Had another ART session too and will do another on Friday.  Calf holding up well.  I need to run before the gale winds start later but its been raining all of yesterday and today so not very motivating, but at least its not cold.</p>

<p>Socks strayed out of his area to chew on some dead animal yesterday...guess I will have to fix that underground fence break after all.  Motherf*****.</p>

<p>Party responses have slowed, which is a relief.  But we still have 84 potential attendees out there who have not responded.   I'm fine if people don't come, I just wish they would actually reply yes or no so we can plan this thing.  Still a month off, but its gonna take some planning to pull this thing off!</p>

<p>Update: best run in a long time...not easiest but managed 6.4 @7:38 pace in crazy winds. </p>
