Morning my running friends. I worked out last night and it was so hot in the gym. I didn't like it. I didn't sleep well so working out early today just wasn't in the cards so I will work out tonight.

Hello! I did not get a workout in last night due to a school project for ds10. Oh well. Hopefully I will get something in today.

Hey!

Paul - you are Mr Consistent! I hope that you're over the hump and on the downhill run to Friday.

Ron - a gym that is too hot is no fun. You need to come to Maine to run - it was in the mid 40s and sunny today when I ran! Hope you have a good workout this afternoon.

Andi - hope you can get a workout in today. How is the new job going?

I ran for a full 60min today with NO pain! woohoo! I had a really good PT appointment yesterday and I feel like I've really made some progress lately. Took the new puppy to the vet and he's healthy and such a good dog - a little thin but we'll fatten him up in no time. I've got to make some coffee because I'm dragging ass. Have a good afternoon!

I had my 3rd PT appt and I already feel like I don't belong there anymore. My calf is feeling much better. I think next week may be my final appt.

I finally broke down and went for the refi on our house. 10 yrs @ 3.75/0 pts was just too crazy not to jump on.

Susan that is great news. I hope you continue pain free. I wish I drank coffee because I am feeling the same way.

JB loans are crazy low these days. I did run yesterday I just didn't like it because of the heat. That is good news about the calf.

JB - Glad to hear that your calf is feeling better. Our dog is part border collie and part mystery dog. We have no idea so it will be interesting to see how big he gets. Good job on the refi!

Ron - you should take up coffee. It's good for you and will make you happy and peppy! haha

Hi Ron, hope you get that workout in tonight!

Andi, I hope you can find time too. School + kids + sports = no time.

Sisu, so glad to hear you had a good run! And glad to hear the dog is healthy! Glad you liked the Tank picture!

John, sweet deal on the refinance!
