<p>Had a nice run this morning and I'm just finishing up my workout.</p>
<p>Nicole, I'm sending healing vibes your way!</p>

<p>Gaela, Pain Storm? Sounds, umm, "fun".</p>
<p>Db, smart to stay out of the bad weather. A guy around here got struck by lightning over the weekend, passed away on Monday.</p>

<p>Did my lower body today.  Should do some speed work but it seems almost stupid on these sore, tired legs.  May have to rearrange the week.</p>

<p>Afternoon my running friends.  We got back from vacation late last night so my ass is dragging at work today.  We had a great time.  It was so relaxing and we had such a good time with Jennifer's family.  A few people got sick but we survived.  I was able to work out a little there. </p>

<p>Hey everyone!  I am really tired tonight.  The craziness has started for us with cheerleading and hockey for dd10.  Football starts on Friday for Ds10.  And the boys will be starting hockey next weekend.  Our calendar is already completely filled up for Aug and Sep.  Have been running <img alt="4" class="bbcode_smiley" src="smileys/4" title="4"> or 5 days a week, but only about 3 at a time.  I've been cycling a lot.  Rode 11 this morning before work.  That's all I had time for because I can't ride in the dark so I had to wait for the sun to come up.</p>
