<p>Man it's been a hot and humid week so far and it looks like it will be that way for the rest of the week. Sure makes it a long, tiring day. All I want is this week to hurry up and finish so I can go on vacation next week.</p>
<p>Had a nice little run this morning, now just a small workout.</p>

<p>Hey Johnny, when are you going to the Cape? I'll be in Dennisport on 7/31 and 8/01. I'll be watching a friend play at a pub on the 1st, might even get a chance to join in for a tune if I'm lucky.</p>

<p>Well swim season is officially over.  We had the banquet yesterday and it topped off an undefeated season and the team moved up 2 places at the city meet so all in all I believe it was a great success!!  I topped it off by stubbing my toe monday really bad which ended up re-fracturing an old stress fracture in my left foot.  Heard the crack too - it wasn't pretty.  So I am wearing a nice ugly cast shoe and still have a tiny hope of participating in VB 1/2M to some extent.  I will be there for the party regardless.   </p>

<p>Good morning!  I did not get up this morning to run.  I haven't run since Saturday morning.  I am just so tired all the time.  I need to figure out what my problem is.</p>

<p>My babies are 10 today!  They are getting so big it's scary.</p>

<p>Suds - Yay for vacation!  I am going in a couple of weeks myself and can't wait to get out of here.</p>

<p>Nicole - so sorry about your foot.    Congrats on a successful swim season.</p>

<p>I need to find a new job ASAP!  This place is crazy!  Now we are not allowed to get the mail because they don't want to pay for any time that is not billed to a client so we will only get our clients mail on Wednesdays when the operations manager is in the office (oh, and half the time she doesn't come in).  My clients are going to be thrilled when they learn that their checks and bills are sitting for up to a week in the mail box.  And, the lease was up for the fax machine so they sent it back and now we have no fax in the office.  It is ridiculous.  I understand trying to keep costs down but they are over the top!</p>

<p>Andi-Happy birthday to them!!!  A whole decade old!  I'm sorry you're feeling tired all the time.  Are you anemic like me?  Have you had blood work done?  I keep getting better and then worse again.  I'm running a little now, but not much.  Partly because I don't feel like it and partly because I am so busy keeping up with all the kids and everything around the house. </p>

<p>Afternoon my running friends.  I worked out this morning and my shoulders stayed pretty tight the whole time even after I stretched.  It is done so that is good.</p>

<p>Paul vacations are good.  We are all going to Oregon in 3 weeks and I can't wait.</p>

<p>The boys and I went down to Duke today to meet with little DS's doctor.  It was a good visit and we were able to catch up with little DS's godfather who happened to be in Raleigh for work (he lives in PA).</p>

<p>Nicole- I'm SOOO VERY SORRY about your foot.  Yuck.  There is always the Richmond HM in November in VB doesn't work out .  Congrats on an awesome season!  My boys swam this year for the first time and LOVED it. </p>

<p>Did a nice 35 mile hilly ride with friends last night.  Rollers after rollers with a couple monsters.   What a workout.  We had brownies and beers after.  Boy did that taste good. </p>
