Good morning!<br>
I had a nice easy 5 this morning, followed by the usual crunches and leg lifts.<br>
Also a little weight workout to round things off.<br>
How is everybody this fine Wednesday morning?

I am going to XT today. Trying to decompress my sciatica. It's my hamstring's fault. Jason suggested I take a running break to losen up. He is the boss when we are talking fixing my stuff.<br>
oh, and of course I am late.

Good morning. Hump day yahoo! I'm off for 5. Since the sun doesn't come up for another hour I'll be running around my neighborhood.<br><br>
Suds- ditto Heather- I need some positive morningness.<br><br>
Chosha- have a good four. I hope it's not too windy!<br><br>
Heather- good job getting your miles and strength/core in! I hope DD is better.<br><br>
Ty- your opinion of this morning mimics mine....I hope you can loosen those legs up. Enjoy your x-training.

I agree with ty fine morning my ass! woke up with a headache and<br>
thought today was atleast Thursday It's only Wed?????? what!<br><br>

ty- Hi there. Last nights honey sesame chicken was really easy I just<br>
cut up chicken breast and then mix it with a packet I got at the<br>
supermarket where they sell all the asian/soy sauce stuff etc. I will<br>
get the name for you and post it later. you just mix it up with soy sauce.<br>
cornstarch and sugar (splenda) it was really yummy to bad I just got<br>
to try one piece LOL!

I'm supposed to have 8 today that isn't happening. I might switch and do 5 or I might<br>
do nothing and give myself a break I will see how I feel after work.<br><br>
Boy I'm rambling today I don't want to work I guess.

Heather- We are supposed to get rain/sleet /snow today too.<br>
The way I feel now if it's doing that I will be on the couch after work<br>

Finished my very very very slow 4miles. There were times I was running and it felt like the wind was pushing me backward. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"> It's done.<br><br>

Morning... blah.. Happy Hump Day... blah<br><br>
4 slow recovery miles on the schedule for me today. I got up with a headache, outside is raining and very gloomy.. More rain and some snow in the forecast.. They are also forecasting only 5* for my Sunday long run.. whatever.. I wish I could go to sleep and wake up when the real spring comes..
