Good morning!

Some shoveling and snow blowing for my workout this morning, Luckily I got my shower and coffee in before we lost power. It was a long slow drive on the highway to get into work but I made it in one oiece.

Andi, I hope we get the power back soon. I know DW is hoping the same-she is not working today.

Hey Paul and Amber!

Sorry to hear that you lost power again, Paul. How much snow are you supposed to get?

Amber - isn't it beautiful out there? :) I'm glad to finally get some snow but sad that it is a snow day. The ski program for my kids was supposed to start today but it's canceled I'm sure. Have a nice TM run! Mine is dead yet again so I had to head outside.

I ran a nice slow 5+? miles this morning in the snow and wind. It was really nice and peaceful but the snow pelting my eyes was really painful! My friend just suggested that I should have worn ski goggles and that is a great idea! Next time I'll try it. I had an appt with my ART guy yesterday and he gave me new hope for my IT band woes. He has an idea about what might be the cause of it continuing and I think he could be right. I'm pretty sore today from my treatment but it's a good sore and hopefully means progress

Gotta get these kids outside! Drive safely on your way home Paul!

Hi Amber and Sisu!

Sisu, sounded like a nice run! The goggles sound like a good idea. Hopefully your IT problems will get better. Good luck! As for snow, I think around 15 inches or so. It's still snowing now but as long as they keep the plows running I should have an easier ride home. The power is still out at home, I just heard there are 67,000 people without power now.

Amber, nice job on the run! I hope the PF is held at bay, I know how painful that can be. I was thinking of getting a bike for some cross training.

SUDS--my PF is CONSTANT--it hurts just walking..I never get a break from the pain (not sure if other people do?)...so its irritating and painful..but I am just trying to ignore it...thats a lot of people without power :(...oour winds have yet to start--suppose to be 40-60mph wind later..so I expect we will lose power....hope your drive home is short and safe :)

NB - I hate PF! Mine hurt all the time except when I was running. So aggravating! I hope that changing your form might help you get some relief. Hope you don't lose power!
