<p>Had a good workout this morning and looking forward to a nice run tomorrow morning and maybe some hiking with the dog.</p>

<p>Hey Paul!  It's awfully lonely here!  Happy Friday to you.  Do you have any big plans for the rest of the week?  Hope you have a good run tomorrow.  I took today off from running but I rode horses twice today so that must count for something  Tomorrow I will run.  </p>
