Good morning!

I decided to take a few days off from running and concentrate on stretching and loosening up my leg. Feels like it's gotten worse since I got home. My first instinct is to just keep running, but I know that's not the best decision based on my past issues. I'd rather try to heal now rather than have some issues later in the training. I want that marathon this fall and I won't get there if I'm injured.

Of to start another hot, busy day!

haha Sudsy! No margaritas for me today! (maybe I'll have one tonight though!) I made it through 7 muggy miles. It was rough out there but I survived with no issues this time :)

Does foam rolling help your leg at all? I hope you can get it to loosen up soon. You don't sit all day at work, right? That would be bad!

Have an extra margarita for me, please! I have a roller, but I haven't been working it. I'll start that up again tomorrow, hopefully it will help.

You're right, I rarely sit during the day. That would surely do me in!

Evening my running friends. I will probably work out here in a bit. The older kids are at camp and the youngest is at camp grandma. Just the two younger girls. They are being really good.

Paul smart man. Long time just sitting kills me too.

Susan good job on the tough run.
