Good morning!

Speedwork this morning and a small workout for me. Now I'm ready to knock this day out!

SB, sounds like you're busy as usual. We're going to be getting that warm weather that you're having now. I think by Thursday it will be close to 100 here!

Fer, glad to see you're getting out there despite dealing with the pain. Nice job!

Sisu, I think you should enter the lottery next year for Mt. Washington. It's an experience worth the sweat! As far as the wrong turn, it was only minor, but I was on a good pace and it messed me up. At the end of the month I have another 5k and I'll lay it all out for that.

4 days after that will be a 5 miler and 4 days after that will be a 10k. That will be a good week!

Good morning. Man, oh man, are my legs sore from yesterday's workout. I got up and ran between 5 and 6. My garmin died so I'm not really sure, but it was a good one anyway.

Suds - Wow, that will be a busy race weekend. I don't think I will be racing for a while since I can't seem to fit it into the schedule.

Sb - Yay for summer vacation. Play dates, coffee, and shopping all sound devine!

Fer - So sorry your foot is bothering you. I hope it feels better soon. The girls are coming this week, right? Enjoy them!

Good morning Andi! Sounds like you've had a productive morning so far. I hate it when my Garmin dies. I always know my distance because I have my usual routes, but I miss not having my time or pace recorded.

Hey Andi and Paul!

Nice job on the speedwork Paul! Sounds like you have a good race schedule coming up. i think I will put my name in for Mt Washington next year - will you remind me? :)

Andi - I love that sore feeling after a good workout! Good job getting out there despite the soreness. My Garmin was dead when I turned it on at the start of the Boston marathon and I couldn't believe it. Mine doesn't seem to stay charged very long. Hope you have a good day today!

I'm heading to bootcamp in a few minutes and then maybe a short run with each dog. I'm loving this nice weather!

Morning my running friends. I will need to get a work out in tonight. I had a good work out last night but a bad run. Last week I ran outside 3 times I really need to do that more often. Tomorrow night we will have a house ful of kids and the inlaws.

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is having a good day. I want to run later, so I am hoping that my foot will not bother me since I'm not working and don't have to be on it all day like I was yesterday. I read online that if you put something between your big and first toe to push your big toe out the way it is supposed to be it can help with the bunion, so I guess i will try that.

I have some errands to run and I need to get busy packing since we are moving in a couple of weeks (we found another rental where we can save a little money). The girls and my parents will get here tomorrow and I can't wait!!!

Suds-I hope you have a great day!

Andi-Great job on your run, even with sore legs! You are in such good shape right now, and I am jealous! :)

Susan-I hope you had fun at boot camp! I'm glad you are having nice weather. It's not overly warm here. It's nice, but it's supposed to be around 70 all week. That is fine with me, but I know that my parents are going to want to hang out by the pool or at the beach while they are here and it's not quite warm enough for that for me!
