<p>Started the morning with a little speedwork, now just finishing up a little workout.</p>
<p>SB, those pictures are pretty scary! I keep seeing images from the area here on the news, I hope the water starts to receed soon.</p>

<p>a nice 4 miles with a good friend last night!! Felt good to catch up with her and it was a beaautiful day for a run..62*!! Loving  the nice weather this wk!!</p>

<p>they said this morning that the portion of interstate under water will probably be closed for the rest of the wk! Scary how it came up so fast.  I feel really bad for those in the small towns north of here...it has not been an easy week for them!  3 years in a row with severe flooding in this area...I am begining to wonder if we are destined to become a lake again!?!! </p>

<p>Hoping to get an easy run in tonight with ds3 on his bike!! I have a day off tomorrow so I plan on running my 8 that I missed on Sunday tomorrow morning!  Whatever I do tonight will be lsow and short!!<br><br>

<p>we are headed to fall river on sat to sleep on a sub for boy scouts--should be fun--lol....</p>
