<p>Bootcamp day for me today.  I'm supposed to do a hill workout but bootcamp sounds like more fun!  I'll do the hill run tomorrow.</p>

<p>Bootcamp was great!  We did some really crazy pushups and lots of leg stuff, core and cardio.  I'll be sore for a few days I'm sure!</p>

<p>Amber - hope your kids are feeling better soon!  Good luck with all you have to do this week.  No, I didn't get in to B2B and I'm actually relieved that I didn't.  I'll be running another 10k in NY less than a week after that so no biggie.  I'm so glad you got in!  </p>
