Good morning!

Had a nice run and workout this morning, now I just have to carry that ggod feeling through the rest of the day.

SB, good luck and have fun at the Warrior Dash! That is the one that Ky and Lee did last year. Looks like a blast!

Nicole, I don't think my wife would go to sleep without finding the snake, regardless of size. Tank took a while to get in the zone during our run. He started off at a 10:00 pace and the finished the last mile at a 8:00 pace. This weekend I'll try him at 8 miles.

Sisu, nice job getting it done! Even though I have my treadmill going, these past few mornings I've been outside. It's only in the mid twenties with no wind so it's been pretty comfortable out there.

Good morning! I got out for 7 miles this morning. It was so dark at the start of the run. I was getting used to it being lighter out.

I am really excited about the warrior dash....def out of my comfort zone which is good!! :) and who can resist the free beer at the end!! I was bummed because I was not going to be able to do the fall half or full i wanted to this yr, so this will be something fun to train for this summer! Its in July!

Hey!

Sudsy - hope you are having a good day and that the good workout feeling is still with you :)

Andi - nice running this morning! It won't be long and the sun will be out early and we'll be out there in shorts!

Staci - I hope your boys and their grandpa have a great time skiing! My dd10 went on a weekend ski trip with a friend and her family and it was hard to let her go but she had a great time. (except the double black diamond with the icy crusty snow she skied on - she fell and was embarrassed and a bit scared! I'm not a skier but I think a dbl black diamond is pretty challenging and it's the first time she'd been on one) Hope you enjoy your run today!

I sent ds to school finally today but have dd10 home now. She has a nasty cold and is all clogged up and miserable. I just NEED to get out of this house!! If I can't get to my bootcamp class tomorrow I'll have to make up my own version here at home. I'm desperate! I have to do something today so I think I'll do my PT exercises and maybe hop on the TM for a short run. Have a good day!

Evening my running friends. I was out of the office all day today visiting some of our properties in San Diego. It was nice down there and Jennifer came along with me. It made the drive much better. We just got back from the gym and I lifted and had a horrible 40 minute run. My legs were really tight. I guess from sitting in the car all day and not drinking any water. Oh well.
