Good morning!
Had a nice run this morning and a short workout.
Looks like it's going to be messy here for the next 48 hours as the storm rolls in. I don't mind the hassle of all the snow too much as long as we don't lose power again.
Good luck to everybody that's in the storm's wake!

Good morning Paul. Stay safe with all of that snow and I hope that you don't lose power again!

Not sure when it's supposed to start snowing here but I don't think we'll get the bulk of the snow until tomorrow. Heading to my chiro for ART this morning and then a short TM run or elliptical later if I get the go ahead. Have a good day!

Good morning Sisu! Hope you get a good run/elliptical in later. MAN, this snow is killing my business too. People cancelling appointments left and right. Nobody wants to tie up their car in a snow storm.

Good morning! I got up and out for a little over 3 this morning. The snow was just starting to fall at 96am.

Suds - I really hope we don't lose power again. It seems to be the right kind of storm for it though so we stocked up the wood box, just in case.

Sisu, I wish that was the case! It's going to be a long ride home tonight!

Andi, I wish we had alternative heat. That's the only thing that really sucks. I have camping gear for cooking and light, but no way to heat the house.

Morning my running friends. I hope to get to the gym at lunch and lift then run a little when I get home. I need to get more motivated to run longer. My legs feel fine but I run for a half hour then I just don't feel like running any more.

Paul sorry about the loss of business and all the snow. Any Super Bowl plans?

Hey!

Sudsy - I hope you don't lose power! When we lose power we lose water, too, because we have a well. It becomes an issue if the power is off long because we can't flush toilets. ick!

Andi - good job getting out there early this morning! Are you running Eastern States?

Ron - hope you have a good workout today. I bet you aren't going to get a snowstorm are you?

Chiro appointment was good. He gave me the go ahead to run today so I just finished 6mi on the TM watching the snow fall through the basement windows. It's really snowing hard! Holabird Sports surprised me by having the shoes I ordered yesterday on my porch when I got home so I tried out my new Mizunos on the TM and I like them. The fit is different than my Newtons but not bad.

Susan well the weather is going to drop down to 34 tomorrow night I hear, but it will still be about 70 during the day. It hasn't even snowed much in the mountains since December.

Amber - I'm not far from Freeport!! It takes me about 15min or so to get there. Why haven't we met there for lunch? We've melted snow to put in the back of the toilet in the past but it takes a lot of snow!
