<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>Had a nice run and workout this morning and now it's time to get things rocking here at work. At least we have heat today. It didn't get back on until about 3:30 yesterday.</p>
<p>And tonight it looks like a little snow coming our way, probably about a foot or so. I guess the commute tomorrow will be interesting.</p>

<p>Hey Suds - I'm glad you have heat again.  I don't think I will be working tomorrow since the kids will be home. Lots of shoveling will be my strength workout tomorrow.</p>

<p>Good morning Andi! Yes, it looks like tomorrow will be snow removal day. My neighbors will not like me much when I start up my snow blower at 5:00 am but I don't care.</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I will work out later.  I really want to run today but that will probably have to wait until tonight.  I am sure there will be some weights today too.</p>

<p>What's up Ron? Hope you get that run in later. How's the leg been holding up? Sounds like you're doing pretty good.</p>

<p>Paul the leg is doing ok.  It gets tight but I seem to be able to stretch it out and it doesn't get sore.  I haven't been runing anything long. Not much more then a half hour.  Tonight I think I will run 5.   Not sure when I will run another race yet.  I have been lifting a lot so that feels great. </p>

<p>SUDS--you are gonna get some snow huh...and ANDI and LEE too! We are only expecting 4-6inches..just enough to pay the plowman....LOL---and am sure there will be school unless it starts early.....</p>

<p>Hope to fit a run in tomorrow, work on dissertation and have a relaxing day in the snow (with no ski practice for the boys ..)</p>
