<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>The power finally came back on last night! Just in time, too. As I drove home, the temp outside was at 19 degrees and dropping. It finally came on around 7:00, 23 hours after it went out. Well, at least I was able to get my run in this morning!</p>
<p>We were much better off than a lot of people near the coast. Tides were higher than normal and the winds were bringing the ocean right to their front doors. One of the guys who works here got flooded. His Corvette was 4 feet under water as well as everything on the lower floor of his house.</p>

<p>Wow, Paul, that flooding sounds awful!  I can't imagine my house flooding in those temps - how do you even start to clean that up??  Glad your power came back on in time to avoid frozen pipes.  Glad you were able to get your run in this morning!</p>

<p>Looks like I'll be on the TM today as the windchill is really low and I have no desire to tip toe around the patches of ice on the roads.  I have no idea how much snow we ended up with but it sure looks nice.  I guess it's time to put my snow tires on my car!  <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></p>
