Good morning!
Another easy run and workout this morning. My ass is still dragging from the cold but feeling better today.
Fer, congrats on the hardware at the turkey trot!
For my local friends, DD wanted me to mention she will be available during the holiday break for baby sitting, cleaning or anything else that may require an extra set of hands. Just let me know if anybody needs any help.

Sudsy - glad to hear that you are feeling better. My ass is dragging today as I fight this cold thing. I should follow your lead and get out there and go for an easy run - I'm sure it would help. Hope you have a good day!

All three kids went to school this morning and I'm heading to work at dh's office. Hopefully I'll get an easy run in later - I'm totally slacking on my PT stuff so I need to do that, too. Hope everyone who was feeling crummy is feeling better today! I think I had the worst of it last night and I'm on the upswing this morning. :)

Good morning everyone. Not much happening around here. It's just cold, and it sounds like more snow is coming this morning.

I ran 7 yesterday and I'll probably run 4 or 5 today.

Suds-I'm glad you are feeling a bit better.

Hi again! 45min trail run done and hopefully that will scare this cold away.

Fer - congrats on your race! Looks like we might be getting some snow in the next week and I'm not ready for it. Did you start a blog a while ago? I'm trying to figure out how to start one - I'm clueless!

Ron - enjoy your workout today. It must be hard on you and your wife for her to be away!

Susan-Great job on your run. Hopefully that will kick the sickies out the door!! Yes, I have a couple of blogs. I tend to start them and then not continue writing in them. LOL Kind of like all the half full journals laying around my house, too. I would say that Blogger is the easiest one to use. What are you going to write about?

Ron-I want to come home, too.

I watched the movie Up In The Air earlier. It was pretty good. Kind of funny, kind of depressing.

I'm probably going to go run about 1:30 or so.

Haha Fer - I'm sure that will be me if I ever start a blog! I'll be into it for a while then it will get further down on my list of things to do. I just want to write about running, where I am in my life, kids, etc. The stuff that so many of my friends seem to be dealing with right now. I'm not a writer at all and I'm sure my HS english teacher would have a coronary if he read anything I write but it might be fun. My dh keeps encouraging me to do it. I really liked "Up in the Air" but you're right, it is sad. hope you have a good run!

Anyone want to do the Ragnar relay? I just got something in the mail about it today and it sounds like a blast!!

Susan-I love writing, I'm just not very consistent about it. Like I said I have several blogs with a few entries each. One was a running blog, 2 were personal blogs, and one was about books that I read. I also have the blog for my photography business. LOL Anyway, you should do it, and if you do, I want to read. I love reading other people's blogs, too.

Amber-The wine sounds yummy! Enjoy. We don't have our tree up yet. We will probably put one up at my parents' house sometime this week or next. I am hoping that Ron will wait until I get home to put it up.

I just got back from running 5 miles now I'm waiting for the girls to get done at school.

Hello running friends! I am starting on an antibiotic once it is ready at the pharmacy. I have broncitis - fun times around here. Hopefully I feel better before flying out on Saturday.

Suds - I may need your dd over the holidays. Let me figure out which days I need coverage for and I will let you know. I'm glad you seem to be feeling better.

Sisu - I hope the trail run cures you of your cold!

Amber - My kids have asked for a bunch of small stuff this year. They are getting older - dd asked for Ugg slippers and skinny jeans. Toys (other than nerf guns) don't make it onto the list anymore.

Fer - How much snow is in Idaho right now? We won't be getting a tree until dh and I get back from vacation. That would just be one more thing for my parents to have to worry about.

Ron - I can't imagine how tough it must be for you to be apart.

I put the lights on the bushes and was one strand short. I need to get to Home Depot to get a set and get them on before it starts raining later.

Andi-I'm sorry to hear that you have bronchitis. Yuck! I hope the antibiotics kick in quickly for you. We only have a couple of inches where I am. We live at just low enough elevation that it tends to melt off pretty quickly so even though it snows often, it doesn't stay on the ground all winter here. You don't have to drive too far to get up in the mountains where there is several feet, though. It's supposed to snow all night, though. So we could have another 4 inches by morning if the storm is as bad as they expect. The girls are hoping for a snow day. LOL
