Good morning!

Eassy run and a few crunches this morning. Yesterday I couldn't log on from home and at work I was pretty busy doing some training. Hopefully today will be a little less hectic.

Have a great day!

Good morning! Got up and out for 5 miles this morning. I was completely overdressed - it was warm and toasty out there today.

Morning suds...hope you have a quiet. calm day!

Great job getting out there ANDI! I wish I could run in the mornings!

Looking at joining a couple training groups...1 starts in a few wks and its emphasis is getting stronger, faster, etc. the other wouldnt start until Jan and is a marathon training group..would only join 1 or the other and both have their pluses and minuses. It would be nice to have the support of the M group this winter for my long runs if I do a full this spring...it is sometimes difficult to get motivated to get out the door for those long runs thru March...on the other hand the one that starts this fall would maybe give me some motivation NOW that I have been lacking since this summer! I Pretty much given up on my RP, she prefers running inside on tm and joined a gym last summer....I on the other hand like running outside more and like my alone runs but also like my runs with others! Whichever one I pick, I just hope it helps my running to become more consistent again! I have gained a few pounds since last spring and I am feeling a little down about it all.

we have a winter storm watch for tonight and tomorrow..can you believe it?? I refuse to think that this is even a possibility but it has been raining since sunday night and today the winds pick up to 50-60mph and the temps will drop today and the rain cld turn to snow....BLECH! saying 2" or more and with that wind, it could get ugly!! It will melt right away, the ground is still warm and temps are supposed to get back up to the 50s later this wk, just could be ugly while it comes down! Pretty disapointed in meyself for not taking advantage of the wonderful fall we had this yr and hitting the road more! Looks like I will be stuck to a TM sooneer than later!

Morning my running friends. I should be able to work out later. I am thinking about running a 5k Turkey Trot when we go to my brothers for Thanksgiving. I am not in great running shape and have never run a 5k so this should be fun.

Paul I hope you got the computer problems worked out.

Andi good job on the run.

Hey everyone!

Suds - hope your day is less hectic. Bummer about your computer issues - we missed you yesterday. Did you ever find out what that explosion noise is?

Andi - good job on your run today. It's nice to have some warm weather again, isn't it?

Ron - I hope you decide to run the 5k at Thanksgiving. Have a good workout later.

Staci - sounds like you have some good options for a running group. Can you do the one that starts now and then switch over the the marathon one in January? I can't believe you have a winter storm warning! UGH! We are having some amazing weather today - it's above 60 and sunny! It's too early to think about snow!

I went to the gym this morning and swam for 30min and then attempted to do my PT exercises and realized that they don't have most of the equipment I need so I'll do them at home this afternoon. Just took the dogs for a nice quick walk and it feels so nice out! I might have to take my "new" bike for a spin before the kids get home.

happy whatever day this is/ Tuesday? Suds says its Tuesday so it must be.

DB is off work and let me stay in bed for a long time because I was up late with a teething baby.

Rainy day here, with some storms predicted. We really needed the rain, but this means being stuck in the house, and soccer practice will probably be canceled. There are errands to run and I don't want to do them in the rain. I volunteered to bring snacks for E's class fall party on Thursday, so I have to get on that. They can't have anything homemade, it all has to be store bought and individually packaged, and of course nothing scary, nothing actually Halloween themed. Lame.

I wanna go ride my bike, maybe the rain will go away tomorrow so I can.

Greetings! I ran 4 this morning with some friends. It was a good run. My legs were tired from yesterday but I really needed to get a run in. I've been slacking on that front. My house is so peaceful without the loud fans and equipment.....I'm loving it!! My parents are coming tonight for a quick stop by on their way home from North Carolina. I sat on the bed my dad was supposed to sleep on and it broke...I think my home is cursed these days! The garage door and opener are broken, no heat or AC, my car is banged up, and the floors are torn up (and there is another leak). Good times.

SB- that's a tough call with the running groups. Is one larger than the other? I can't believe you are getting a storm! Yuck!! it's supposed to be 80 here today....

Sisu- nice job on the swim! Enjoy your ride today!

Suds- I hope your computer is behaving better. Broken computers simply stink.

Ron- do the 5k...it will allow you to eat more on Turkey Day without any guilt.

Andi- nice running today!

Sb - I would love to join a training group but no one wants to run at 5am with me. I can't figure out why. lol. yuck on the storm!

Ron - Run it. You'll have fun.
