<p>Andi, wish I could join you for the race but I'll be in NH this Sunday for a HM with the family. Glad you had fun on Sunday, too bad we all couldn't be at the same place at the same time!</p>
<p>Ron, I saw those crazy temps on the news! Hope you get a break soon.</p>

<p>I've got a lot to do today!  I came home to the kitchen back together finally, but I need to put everything away and clean the house.  It is crazy hot here!!  I will run a little this morning.  I'm not sure how much.</p>

<p>Fer - must be nice to be back home with your husband!  Good luck with the cleaning today and enjoy your run.</p>
<p>Leembo - it's always good to take a step back and regroup now and then.  It's so easy to get caught up in the craziness of everyday and lose focus.  I hope you have a nice run today with your dh!</p>
<p>Sudsy - I can't believe that the HM is this Saturday.  The last few weeks have flown by.  Since I'm not running any races this weekend I'm going to volunteer for the Maine Marathon.  It will be my first time working at a water stop - should be fun.</p>

<p>I'm heading out to the PT and hopefully he'll give me the go ahead to do some short runs.  I think we have decided which dog to adopt for my dd9 - a 12wk old border collie mix from AL.  I'm a little hesitant to adopt a dog w/o seeing it first but it feels like the right dog.  I've got to make a decision today!  yikes.</p>
