Good morning!

Easy run for me this morning and a quick workout. Looks like another beautiful day in store for us here, just wish I could take a little time off to go out and enjoy it. Hopefully it will hold up until the weekend.

Good morning! Just got in from a really cold bike ride. I got a light from my bike and it was so nice to be out at that time of the day. All I could hear was the wind. Next time I will remember to bring my phone and a flashlight in case I get a flat. I was lucky today.

Hi!

Suds - The weather up here looks good for the weekend - hope it's the same down there! Is it supposed to be hot there tomorrow? The weatherman said 80s for us!

Andi - it is cold for biking in the morning now isn't it? Good job getting out there and enjoying the quiet early morning.

I'm heading to see the PT guy soon. I've prepared myself to hear that I should't run so I won't be surprised when he tells me that! I really have a lot of respect for this PT guy - he's an accomplished runner and very smart but he told me a couple of years ago that I should stick to shorter races (5ks,10ks) and I've run 4 marathons since then. Should be interesting to see what he says. Have a good day!

Good morning! How is everyone this fine Tuesday? I'm probably going to run about 4 miles today. I'll probably head out for that in an hour or so.

Suds-I hope that nice weather holds up for the weekend for you!

Andi-Be careful out there on your bike in the mornings! I bet it is really nice to be out when it's quiet like that, though.

Thanks Sudsy! Tell Tank good job on the running! Our pups are still scared of cars and the storm drains so it can be difficult to run very far w/ them!

Thanks Fer - I am hoping DD sticks w/ it. She is the type who wants to do something but when she realizes it takes a lot of work to get there, she tends to drop it!
