<p>Had speed work on the schedule and just could not drag my ass out of bed.  I had a major sleep deficit to make up so that had to take preference.  I will make up the track work after work tonight...and it will be much warmer than it would have been this morning.  </p>

<p>Are we really down to one or two posts a day?  We need to get our mojo back.  Clear!</p>

<p>Good morning Johnny! The week I took off gave it a good rest but I can't push it right now so speed work is out of the question. I'm running so I'm happy. Good luck with your speed workout, you'll be warm that's for sure. </p>

<p>Hey there!  Sorry to be out of the loop for so long...I have no excuse other than being out of town the past 10 days and being busy.  We went to my parents in the Finger Lakes and to Rochester.  It was so nice to run and ride without the heat and humidity.  I'm not enjoying getting used to it again though.  Too much family drama though....so many ruffled feathers over silly things.</p>

<p>I guess we need to get used the the new format- I know I'm getting old when I cringe with change of even simple things...LOL.</p>

<p>Johnny- I was in Rochester last week for a few days and thought of you!  We had nearly every minute of our visit scheduled which wasn't much fun.  I did manage make it to Wegmans for a quick trip- I miss it so very much!!!</p>

<p>We're looking forward to our NYC trip and the girls going to camp a week from Sunday, then its back to Roch for a couple days, up to Sterling mid-week and then back out to the Cape.  July and early August will be busy.</p>

<p>Woo hoo for Max!!!  LB- I hope you're doing okay and everything is going well.</p>

<p>JB- the heat was relative.  I thought it was hot, but not as bad as Richmond so I appreciated it.  DH's family and our friends were miserable.  You have to remember I came right from 100+ degree heat with tons of humidity so going down any bit felt good.  We also didn't go from low 80's to mid 90's like you in 24 hours.  Put me back in your winters and I'd be toast. </p>
