Sorry Suds, it's Tuesday. I hope it goes by quick for both of us.

I am supposed to run 6 miles today. The weather is shitty so I am not looking forward to it. My belly cramps b/c of AF are no helping much either. Sorry, I know, TMI.

Good morning, Ty! Good luck out there in the rain!
What's the expected forecast for the race?
Sounds like it will be kind of warm. Hopefully the weather will change a bit before Saturday.
My run was good, a nice 6 miles and the usual core work.
I don't know if I'll be kicking ass in Jersey, but I'm looking forward to it. Training is going well and I have no injuries right now.
Good morning, Fit! Glad to hear about the running!
Good morning, Fer! Islept bad last night too, except I get up at 2:30 anyway.
Good morning, Lee! Sorry you're sick. Hope it passes quickly!
Good morning, Chosha! Maybe you can squeeze a run in later!
Rogue, that really sucks about the car! People like that should have the shit beat out of them, then thrown in jail.
Hi, Ron. I don't have any plans yet for a fall marathon. I know what I want to run, but I need to work it out.
Sometimes you just need some good old fashion justice!
I've gone through this 4 times in the past few months. I no longer have tolerance for this crap.
Copper thefts are going on strong around here, too. Some thieves are even stealing catalytic converters right off of trucks because of the platinum inside them.
John, Chrysler has a switch that will manually turn off the traction control and then the light comes on. I'm not sure about a Lexus, but it is probably controlled by a computer and it reads different sensors. More than likely it is a sensor issue. I know that's a little vague, but it needs to be hooked up to a scanner for that one.
Damn, Rogue! That just pisses me off to look at it!
Yes, it's driveable. It will just drive like a regular car without traction control. I don't think there's any way to cause any damage if it's not engaged.
Yay Lee!!!!!!
