My run was good, a nice 6 miles and the usual core work.

I don't know if I'll be kicking ass in Jersey, but I'm looking forward to it. Training is going well and I have no injuries right now.

I've gone through this 4 times in the past few months. I no longer have tolerance for this crap.

Copper thefts are going on strong around here, too. Some thieves are even stealing catalytic converters right off of trucks because of the platinum inside them.

John, Chrysler has a switch that will manually turn off the traction control and then the light comes on. I'm not sure about a Lexus, but it is probably controlled by a computer and it reads different sensors. More than likely it is a sensor issue. I know that's a little vague, but it needs to be hooked up to a scanner for that one.

Yes, it's driveable. It will just drive like a regular car without traction control. I don't think there's any way to cause any damage if it's not engaged.
