I just ran 5.5 miles with 6x800 at 5K pace... about 4 minutes per interval and 2 minutes of rest in between.. It felt great, I really enjoyed it!!! Ran an extra 0.5 mile for cool down...

When you're running outside, aren't you running on country roads if I remember right? If they slope then that would make it worse for your itbs, right? Do you have itbs in both legs or just one?

Hi Fit!! Great job on the run!! Just take it slow, doesn't matter how slow the recovery as long as you recovering and getting back to running! WTG!!!
